Services and Plans

BuildDreamBusiness offers AI Business for $29/month and AI Store for $49/month. Both plans include monthly recurring billing, hosting, and access to the platform features described at purchase. You may cancel anytime, and service remains active until the end of the current billing period.

AI Generated Content

You understand that the platform uses AI to generate website copy, images, product content, and other materials. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and is provided without warranties.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing all content, products, pricing, claims, images, and legal notices on your website. You must ensure your site complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

No Performance Guarantee

We do not guarantee sales, search engine rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, or business results of any kind.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for prohibited content or unlawful activity, including abusive behavior, fraud, malware, spam, infringement, or illegal goods and services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, legal risk, security concerns, or abusive use of the service.

Governing Law and Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
